Share a project and review inherited access

Use explicit project access and understand where inherited rights come from.

1. Open the project’s Share & permissions dialog.
2. Review People with access, including the source of inherited access.
3. If you have management rights, add a person or change a direct access level using the available controls.
4. For inherited access, open the sharing or membership settings at the source shown in the dialog.
5. Copy a deep link or chat reference after access is configured.

The resource access controls distinguish Viewer, Editor, and Manager. These work alongside the organization role and other access rules.

Removing a direct project grant may not remove access inherited from a Space or other source. Check the effective result before concluding someone has lost access.

The project sharing dialog does not currently offer the older workspace/personal visibility selector. Use the people-and-permissions controls. A copied URL is a navigation link, not a public-sharing switch.
