Reset a forgotten password

Request a recovery email and complete the reset without creating another account.

Use password recovery when you cannot remember your Node Cluster password. Use the email associated with the account you already use for company work.

Request the reset

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose its password-recovery link, or open /forgot-password.
  2. Enter your account email and choose Send reset link.
  3. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder. Wait for the displayed resend countdown before requesting another message.
  4. Open the reset link in the email. Let the app finish verifying it.

The request screen avoids exposing whether an email has an account. A confirmation that a request was processed is not proof that you entered the correct account address.

Set the new password

If prompted, enter the six-digit code from your enrolled authenticator and choose Verify & continue. Enter the new password twice, satisfy the strength feedback, and choose Update password. Wait for the success confirmation and return to the app.

You must arrive through a valid recovery flow. Opening /reset-password directly while signed in is not a substitute for the email link.

If the link is invalid or expired

Choose Request a new reset link, then use the newly received message. Do not rely on an old link saved in a bookmark or forwarded from an earlier request. If the request itself fails, follow the error and retry after the displayed wait.

If MFA is required and you no longer have the authenticator, contact support through the established account-recovery channel. This guide does not provide a bypass or promise that a workspace administrator can reset your MFA.

After recovery

Confirm the selected organization before opening work. A password reset does not rejoin a workspace you have left or restore removed project grants. If sign-in succeeds but work is missing, use the access troubleshooting guide rather than creating another account or organization.
