Understand current task-view and import limits

Understand the current task-loading and import limits in Node Cluster, including why imported work may not all appear in a project view.

The current project-task loading path fetches up to 500 project tasks, ordered by recent update. Views and reports using that task set may therefore omit older tasks in a larger project. This is a loading limitation, not a documented maximum number of tasks your organization can store.

The external task importer accepts up to 5,000 rows and 5 MiB per file. Import capacity and view capacity are different limits. Successfully importing more than 500 tasks does not prove that every task will be visible in a view using the limited task set.

If a large project appears incomplete, do not delete and reimport the source. Record the project and expected count, check filters, and ask support to investigate completeness.

Before using a displayed count for a company-wide conclusion, confirm its scope and whether the affected view includes all expected records.
