Use the assistant with the right context

Use the Node Cluster assistant with selected context and attached material. Check what it can see before relying on its answer.

Use the assistant where it is available in your workspace. Start with a specific question and identify the project, task, or document you want help with.

Review the context shown for the interaction. When files are attached, check whether they were read successfully, truncated, or unavailable. A reference to a file is not proof that its full content was included.

Check the answer against the underlying work before acting on it. Do not assume the assistant sees every project, all company documents, or all provider data simply because those resources exist in the organization.

If the assistant is unavailable, ask the administrator to review AI availability and the assistant connection. The OpenAI assistant project key is configured separately from cost-reporting credentials.

Only use action capabilities that are actually offered by your release; a conversational suggestion is not confirmation that a task or document has been changed.
