Give access to Spaces and Operations

Configure whether a Node Cluster member can use Spaces, Operations or both, keeping team work and administrative access distinct.

In Team, select a member and review the Spaces and Operations controls.

• Spaces gives access to the area where projects, tasks, and documents are organized.
• Operations gives access to operational areas, subject to the member’s role, scopes, and enabled modules.

Use the checkbox to change whether an area is enabled. Selecting the body of a segment changes which settings you are editing; it does not itself grant access.

Owners and administrators have both areas enabled. The member editor protects against turning off the last available area through these controls.

An enabled area is only one part of access. You must still grant the relevant Space or project access, or Operations scope. Drive and personal account settings have deliberate cross-area availability; do not assume that every page follows the same area restriction.
