Accept your company invitation and recover a failed join
Join with the invited account and return to the correct company workspace.
Start from the invitation your company sent you. You do not need to create a separate workspace to join an existing company.
Join the company
- Open the invitation link and check the company name and invited-address hint.
- If you already have an account, sign in using the invited address. If you need an account, choose Create Account and complete the form using that address.
- If email confirmation is required, open the verification email. The invitation is kept for your return. Use Resend verification email only after its displayed countdown allows it.
- Complete any sign-in verification the app requests.
- When prompted, choose Accept Invitation. The app may also complete acceptance automatically once the correct account is signed in.
- Check that the invited organization is selected, then open Spaces to find your team’s work.
The account used for Google or Apple sign-in also needs to match the invited address. A different provider account does not become the invited person merely because the same browser opened the link.
Resolve the displayed problem
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Wrong account or email mismatch | Sign out or use the offered account-switch action, then sign in with the invited address. |
| Confirmation email required | Finish email verification and return to the invitation; do not create another workspace. |
| Expired invitation | Ask the inviter to resend or issue an appropriate current invitation. |
| Invitation not found | Check that you opened the complete link and ask the inviter whether it was revoked or replaced. |
| Already accepted | Sign in with the account that joined and select the company workspace. |
| Temporary loading or acceptance failure | Use the offered Retry action and retain the error if it continues. |
| Member limit reached | Ask the workspace administrator to review the organization’s effective member allowance. |
If the company opens but the project does not
Membership, Spaces access, project access, and creation authority are different. Ask the administrator to check the resource you need. Accepting an invitation does not guarantee that every department or project has been shared.
